The MD of Bighorn is looking to replace our current reporting system and are trying to source out what other agencies are using. I am interested to see what everyone else is using and their thoughts regarding pros and cons for the systems. Thanks in advance.

Re: Reporting Sysytems
Omnigo (Report Exec)
Pros
Lots of customizable fields
Easy to use
Access anywhere there is an internet connection
Licenses based on current logins not total usernames (eg. Only 2 licenses required if maximum 2 people are logged on at once)
Cons
Expensive
Slow to change
Does not work well with outside vendors (e-tickets, etc)
Not niche based

Re: Reporting Sysytems
Report exec is hard to beat for price point (if that's the main issue), the ability to upgrade to emergency management notifications, etc. are another plus :)
