The AACPO is pleased that Edmonton Police Service made a quick arrest of Paul DERKSEN who used his position as a photo enforcement peace officer and violated an important position of trust to sexually assault a member of the public. The AACPO wants to make it clear that DERKSEN was not or has ever been a member of the AACPO.
