We would like to offer an opportunity to Bylaw and Peace Officers with training that can help develop and sharpen their skills and knowledge regarding all aspects of the job. Whether it's a refresher on topics seldom faced at your agency, new to an agency where you do not have experience with a certain subject or you want to brush up on everything current. - GLCA/GLCR, authorities, searches, smoking and vaping involving minors, arrests of intoxicated persons
- TPA/PTA, Trespassing
- Search and seizure authorities
- Traffic enforcement
- Bylaw structure & Enforcement, drafting/structure basics, definitions, offenses, penalties, inspections, search and seizure, tags vs tickets, repeat offenders, bylaw enforcement basics, progressive enforcement, public education, soft enforcement, costs to the municipalities, etc
