Sgt. Jim Dalidowicz has served with the Calgary Police Service for more than two decades, throughout his career, he has worked in numerous units and areas within CPS including working in district zones, the Public Safety Unit, the Gang Suppression Team, and is currently in the Organized Crime Coordination Unit.

He is a TIER III investigator with the Federal OMG TIER Group, which focuses on Outlaw Motorcycle Gangs (OMGs) on a national level.
