Spencer Wicks is a dedicated Community Peace Officer with over 10 years of experience, specializing in traffic enforcement and commercial vehicle safety. Employed by Strathcona County Enforcement Services, Spencer also serves as the North Zone Representative for the Alberta Association of Community Peace Officers (AACPO), supporting the interests of peace officers across northern Alberta. Appointed under the Tobacco Tax Act, Spencer is responsible for identifying and addressing tax violations, adding another layer to his extensive expertise in public safety. He is currently working with Public Safety and Emergency Services to pilot the Impaired Roadside Sanctions (IRS) program, furthering his commitment to enhancing enforcement against impaired driving.
