Over the past two days [June 28 & 29, 2016] Leduc County Enforcement Services in conjunction with other enforcement agencies conducted an inspection operation of commercial vehicles in Nisku. Inspectors conducted Level 1 Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance Inspections which is a North American Standard Inspection for all commercial traffic. We would like to especially thank the agencies who came from locations throughout Alberta to assist us in our check. They include:

Over the two day check the following inspections were conducted and violations were observed:
Total Inspections: 104
Out of Service Results: 40 (39 %)
Required Attention Results: 29 (27 %)
Pass Result: 35 (34 %)
Total Violation Tickets Issued: 33
Total Defects (Ticketable Offences) Noted: 246
1 Form 21 Warrant was Executed during the operation.
