Bullying reaches far beyond the school yard. A bully bylaw can be a very useful tool. We all see bullying at work and in schools but what about in your public facilities, parks and local neighborhoods. We all deserve to be treated with respect, wherever that may be. I applaud Red Deer for taking this approach and setting a very positive precedent. Good case law comes from good work, that is definitely the case here.
